Since July of this year, Blaues Herz e.V. has taken an important new step: at the general assembly, Flavian and Anthony were elected as the new members of the executive board. Our goal is to revitalize and further develop the organization with fresh momentum, a clear strategic direction, and sustainable impact.
Flavian studies at EBS University of Business and Law. For him, commitment means taking responsibility and standing up with full conviction for issues that truly matter. He values active involvement over passive observation and approaches challenges with reliability and perseverance. To him, engagement is a commitment to show integrity and to contribute in ways that create impact beyond one’s immediate surroundings.
Anthony also studied at EBS and completed his bachelor’s degree in mid-2025. He has traveled to the African continent several times, including to countries such as Togo and Niger, where he gained valuable first-hand experience. For him, helping one another wherever possible is a fundamental pillar of life. He sees water as the true foundation of development, health, and justice.
While access to water is taken for granted in our daily lives, millions of people worldwide—particularly across the African continent - still lack reliable access to clean water. This reality, and its far-reaching consequences, highlights how central this issue is and why it urgently deserves greater attention.
With Blaues Herz e.V., we aim to build a student-led network that enables and sustainably advances on-the-ground projects through cooperation, exchange, and partnerships. Our long-term objective is to raise awareness and help shape solutions that make a real and lasting difference.
